The staff were excellent, the location was great, the hotel itself was fantastic... Honestly everything and everyone here was great. It was great value for money I believe, and it became a bit of a safe haven for me to recover from a sprained ankle before I could continue my trip. Staff were always accommodating. Emerton who worked near reception stood out to me as a very helpful young man and member of staff

The location is amazing! Close to the Shopping Estação, and a few blocks from downtown. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious!!

Friendly staff. We were upgraded to a small suite. 5 minute Uber to catch sierra verde express. Good breakfast
